We don't sell your personal information, and your health data is never used for advertising. There are no ad networks in the app.
Encrypted, then encrypted again.
Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest. Core biometrics, like heart-rate variability, resting heart rate and sleep, get an extra layer of field-level encryption.
You decide what AI sees.
Connect an outside AI assistant to AXLE and it's read-only. It sees only the sections you allow, approving nothing means no access, and every request is logged.
Some things never reach AI.
Genetic data, medications, blood markers, allergies and menstrual data are never sent to any AI model.
Your people see what you share.
A coach or clinician you connect sees only the sections you choose, and every view is logged to your account.
The agent has limits.
Every change Ask AXLE makes comes with a receipt and an undo. Consents, billing and your account identity are off-limits to it by design.
Never pay-to-rank.
The recommender can't see whether a product pays us. Nobody can buy a better position, and any commission is disclosed.
