This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Services. Axle operates as a health and wellness platform, not as a medical provider or covered entity under HIPAA. However, Axle may function as a business associate in certain circumstances and complies with HIPAA when required to do so.

While Axle is not a covered entity under HIPAA, we comply with applicable HIPAA requirements when functioning as a business associate. If HIPAA does not apply, we treat your health information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Axle does not sell personally identifiable information as a standalone product.
5.1 Aggregated & De-Identified Data
Axle may aggregate, anonymize, or de-identify data so it cannot reasonably identify an individual. Such data may be used for lawful business purposes including research, analytics, partnerships, and product development.
5.2 User-Directed Data Sharing
Users may voluntarily share certain information with third parties such as healthcare providers, coaches, or researchers. Such sharing is initiated by the user and governed by the recipient's policies.

8. User Choices & Rights
8.1 General Rights

8.2 California Residents (CCPA)

8.3 Nevada Residents
Nevada residents may opt out of the future sale of certain covered information by emailing hunter@axlehealthinfo.com with the subject line "Nevada opt-out."
8.4 EU/EEA Residents (GDPR)

Axle is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone under 18.
